At RASFAM, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and other included items, where applicable.
The product must not be damaged due to misuse, accident, water damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

After verification, RASFAM may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

3. Change of Mind / Unwanted Products

If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs in such cases may be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return if they have been:

Used or installed
Damaged by the customer
Modified or repaired by an unauthorized person
Returned without original packaging or included accessories
Damaged due to improper use or handling

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Please note that the time required for a refund to reach you may depend on the payment method or financial service provider.

7. Exchange / Replacement

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied, RASFAM may provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, RASFAM may cover the applicable return shipping cost after verification.

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

9. Refund Deductions

Where applicable, shipping charges, return shipping costs, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.

RASFAM reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the return conditions stated in this policy or if there is evidence of misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification.
